The Cuisinart CBK 100 operates with such simplicity! I mean, all you have to do is add the ingredients and select the right option from the touch pad.
The machine will then mix the ingredients, knead the dough, and then bake it to perfection–soft on the inside and crispy on the outside.
It comes with a a removable kneading paddle and bread pan for easy cleanup. And for easy clean up, they are both dishwasher safe.

For safety, this unit is equipped with a power failure backup system. In case of any disruption of power supply, the unit will store in memory the stage of bread making cycle and resume once power is restored. It will maintain memory for a power failure up to 15 minutes. How cool is that?
